Congratulations on winning this important case. We all owe a great debt to Sarah Finch, the Weald Action Group and all the associated activists for their persistence. I hope that the ruling that the inevitable burning of any fossil fuels, oil, gas or coal should be part of an EIA will put an end to the future of fossil fuel extraction in the U.K. and lead to the withdrawal of all current permissions.
